DRIVE THRU Be aware of this location. Church st Murfreesboro Tn. Charged my card 3 times. Attitude from manager Tara right... away. ? can?t do nothin about it? ? google corporate number. Tell them ? I just came through the drive through and ordered 24 burgers ,3 fries and 3 chick's an a coke. The lady at the window was... amazing the food was out fresh within 10 mins . I have been coming to this Krystal for 15 years and this was bye far the bestservice and food that I have ever gotten from here ! Thank you Krystals !! I'll be back forsure. Read more
I ordered through drive through . The person taking my order said it would take 35 minutes to get Krystal's do I want to wait I... said yes it was ready in 3 seconds. I am positive they told me that so I would leave . The food was horrible and the sweet teawas old . I threw everything away I then emailed corporate with no response...I think someone should oversee the night crew theydo not want to take orders. I saw two cars drive off after me... Read more
I suggest you make sure you get your receipt and double check how much they charge you. We went there today and we?re charged... twice (two different prices) for one medium drink. When they handed back my card they did not give us a receipt. The pricesounded way to much for what we ordered. After asking for the receipt and looking at it we noticed one charge of $2 and somechange and another of over $3.00. For a special nascar cup. The lady took back the receipt and a few minutes later gave us $2.50in cash stating her manager wasn?t there. In the end we were still charged way to much for the medium drink. Went to Krystal this morning. Food was good no issues there. The lady at the window was very rude for no reason. I got" what you... want to order" I only ordered for my kids. I didn't get the chance to order me anything. Got to the window she still was rude.Took my card without handing me my drinks. Then basically threw the food at me and and closed the window without a thank you.Please do better Read more
The late night weekend staff are great but I have problems with daytime and the ones that close at 11 during the week. I ordered... 3 sunrisers this morning and they didn?t have egg on them at all.
