I waited for over ten minutes to be served, only to be told I should have said hello. For complaining, I was given old greasy... fries and dried-out tenders. This KFC should be closed!!! I ordered 32 pieces of chicken a $90 order for my family for my moms birthday! And when I got there... they said someone had already picked up my order! After reading other reviews I?m not even surprised!! People of Murfreesboro-0KFC on Memorial-100000! They?ve scammed so many good people. On top of that, they refused to remake my food after giving my foodto someone else. And made me call corporate for a refund (the corporate people were very nice) and even offered to report acomplaint for them refusing to make my food again! RIDICULOUS!! I?ve picked up Uber Eats here as well and had to wait forforever but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt they may be short staffed like everyone else! I placed an online order which told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later, to be told not only did... they not have my order ready, they were out of food, I could NOT get anything, I needed to cancel my order. This was over anhour before they close. What's the point of saying open if you aren't going to provide food up to the aforementioned "closingtime" -- completely unacceptable and now I have to go thru a long complicated case, and process to get my order cancelled orrefunded because you chose not to provide me the food I ordered! I wish I could leave zero stars. Sold my daughter hard disgusting chicken strips then going to ask me what?s wrong with it? She... wouldn?t eat that! No one should be served anything like what we got. The health department obviously needs to pay a visit. Noapologies no offer to cook fresh. My family decided that we wanted chicken for dinner so we went to KFC to try the chicken sandwiches and soon as you drive up in... front of building it clearly says COOKED FRESH TO ORDER absolutely was NOT cooked fresh chicken was hard as a rock and of courselooks nothing like picture I tired calling after me and my family got home to eat and it was absolutely so disappointing Ispent over 50. Manager said as I called back today to bring the food back like what, what kind of management is running thisstore. They definitely need a real general manager. As I'm one myself so I know how things should go and you should want toreplace ppl food that paid that kind of money for the food you sale to have customers want to come back to your restaurant! Drive thru order around 12:45p Saturday 11/19/22. Original recipe 2 piece dark was Sooooo Greasy the box was dripping with oil.... The meat wasn?t even cooked thru. If I had not been in a hurry I would?ve returned to complain. Horrible food that day. Read more
