I only always order the Hawaiian - pineapples, Canadian ham, thick crust. My mouth waters just thinking of the pizza. I've... never been inside the pizzeria. My husband picks up. As much as I love Jett's the online and delivery at this location is subpar. Not only is the online order odd but the timing... for delivery is way UNDER estimated. If you plan on ordering from this location, my suggestion is pick up only. Delivery thatnormally takes 1 hour takes 2 hour. Read more

This is not the first time I?ve had a problem. Placed orders and have come to pick them up and they have no record of it. Had to... wait over and over. No wonder I don?t come to them that often. Pizzas have shrunk in size and prices have gone up. Read more
Like most of the reviews I am highly unsatisfied! My order was $114 for Uber eats to deliver only 2 pizzas and 2 breads. I ask... where the rest is she says that's what they gave me. I call the store he says we'll cam she come back? No she's gone one withthat $13 tip. I went to pick up the rest of my order and the young man tried to help he said it would be 20 mins for the wingsso I said refund it. They couldn't find the salad so another young man who was walking around with his hands up his shirt walksto a salad drawer opens it and starts grabbing handfuls of lettuce and puts it in the bowl no gloves without washing his hands.At this point they find my salad. He provided me a credit for the wings and the salad that at this point I never intend to use!If that young man did this so comfortably once he would do so numerous times! That's disgusting! The young man helping me I canonly assume is some manager also told me that they had been having many issues from Uber eats such as them biting pizza and thendelivering it. I do not fault them for the driver but I was pushed beyond the edge when he took his hands off his bare stomachand placed them in the salad drawer. We received a coupon in the mail, you know those hard plastic card types. It stated one large one topping pizza would be $10.99.... We always ask for extra pizza sauce on our pizza, this was no different. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza and asked forextra sauce. He was placed on hold so the gentleman placing the order could ask the manager. He came back and said it would makethe pizza $15.99. Seriously $5.00 for extra pizza sauce? We were not charged extra for extra pizza sauce on a second pizza wepaid full price for, the Eugene Supreme. We have never been charged extra for extra pizza sauce with any other pizza chain. Ifthey think this is a good way to drum up business mailing out coupons, think again. Maybe for some people, but not for usanymore. We will go elsewhere next time. This is the worst location ever to get pizza. The female general manager needs to be fired she had no interest in owning up to... mistakes. Basic customer service there doesn?t exist. Other places will right their mistakes. I wish I could leave zero starsfood came in cold for one but the biggest issue is that there isn't any pizza it's just crust. Everything I ordered was ice coldpizza, wings, and even the sauce. I filed a corporate complaint because apparently there was nothing the store could do for me.All she said was the pizza is six slices as advertised well I've had four slices of pizza from Kroger with more on it than this.Not worth the sixty dollars whatsoever.
