I pulled up to the longest line ever for a drive thru but I thought with it being Saturday morning the long line for breakfast... was something I'd just have to grin and bear. There was a giant bug in the bathroom. It took 15 mins to get order and we were the only customers. Our order was ready in 7... mins but the lady was busy talking and didn't see that our was ready. She also didn't greet us with a smile or anything. Butmy bf asked her where her smile was and then she gave us a big beautiful smile. The new peach cobbler pies are delicious. The food was fine, but the attitude from the drive-thru was completely unacceptable. After ordering, my family mentioned that... we forgot to order a couple of waters. I figured I would ask at the window if we could add some cups of water. I wasn't sureif they were still free or if they had a small charge. When I asked "Can I add a couple of cups of water?", acceptable answerswould have been "sure, no problem", "sorry, we can't add anything at the window", or "sure, but it'll be $0.xx extra". Theanswer I ended up getting was "Oh, you're trying to be funny, aren't you? You should have ordered that with the food backthere!" That was followed by a few seconds of uncomfortable silence, then her asking how many and me telling her "I said acouple.....two". After that she snatched my card and I could hear her loudly saying "he's going to try and tell me I don't knowwhat a couple means" inside the window. Then she basically thrust the drinks and food and my card back at me. I loudly toldher to have a nice day as we left. Completely unacceptable!!!!! Read more
For decades this location has been pumping out tasty breakfast biscuit creations of a wide variety. Every morning no matter what... day it is there always seems to be a line around the corner. True Southern scratch made biscuits that are almost always spoton. Like many people in the area I've been here hundreds of times and never had anything but breakfast. Next time a bacon,egg, and cheese biscuit calls my name, I'll be there. Read more

I've been very patient with the staff of this store, but today was it. I ordered a ten piece chicken tender and a Big... Cheeseburger after waiting at the drive-thru ordering kiosk for five minutes. I'm used to it as they are never quick torespond. The burger was cooked sometime earlier as it was dry and at room temperature. The cheese didn't soften or begin tomelt. The bun was dried out and crumbling. The chicken took a while to cook and I was asked to move forward, no problem, ithappens. After a few minutes I was asked what my order was, then told I'd have to move to another parking spot on the edge ofthe property. When I got home I prepared two servings of chicken tenders, one of which I photographed. IF I WANTED CHICKENNUGGETS I'D HAVE GONE TO MCDONALDS! I'm done with this franchise. Read more
I came into the store and right from the start Hunter was helpful. It was a bit busy but he was working the front and drive thru... with no problem. He was kind pretty much made me feel welcome thru the whole experience. He even helped me take out my drinks!All by himself he made this costumer feel the way I should came in unsure and left happy! Thank you Hunter for all ur hard work!Oh and the food was yummy! I do hope they see this employee and I hope he gets the praise he deserves! Read more
