This is one of our favorite restaurants in Murfreesboro. The pad Thai is the best in town, and their soups are amazing. We... haven?t found a thing we didn?t love. The vegetable spring rolls are so good with their peanut dipping sauce that we often don?tshare and order two orders for the two of us! Service is warm and welcoming. My first time to eat at Ginger Thai Bistro. I had the Pineapple Fried Rice and the vegetable and bean thread noodles egg rolls.... It was very delicious and the portion was large enough, I made 2 meals out of it. My server was Wanda and she was very helpfulwith a 1st timers menu choice. Try the BEEF JERKY! Holy moly I was so impressed and never had fresh Korean beef jerky before. My husband is a big beef jerky... fan, I can take it or leave it but the beef jerky here was killer! Beefy jerky, Crab Rangoons and egg rolls were great to startas appetizers. Their pad Thai and pork fried rice was delicious as well. The four of us had lots of left overs! Popped in here on a snowy winter day for a quick lunch. I ordered the vegi fresh roll and the Guay Tiew Tom Yum (kind of like a... pork sweet and sour soup with noodles).
