In the world today or nobody wants to work. This place has a very small staff that put it together for people like my wife and I... in the morning that like to get a cup of coffee or something to eat. Teenage girls and young ladies work here and people do isyell at them and give them bad reviews. They're doing their best. They can't find no help. I was excited to try out Dunkin? donuts for the first time with a friend! We walked in and went to order, we were not... acknowledged until 20 minutes after! When we were waiting, one barista told the younger employees to just ignore us and worryabout the drive thru line. When we finally got to order the employee mumbled so we could not hear her at all and missed severalthings on my order. Normally I am super understanding and appreciative of all employees and businesses but this location was soignorant and straight up rude. They also used the same spoon to mix all the drinks and washed it in nasty water of all thecoffees mixed together. 30 minutes to get two pumpkin spice lattes and a donut. Just to find out they forgot an item afterwaiting for fifteen more minutes and the sandwich was terrible. I would highly recommend to not go to this location. Read more
I hate giving bad reviews but I am going to be honest. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Gave them my order twice because... they didn't enter it... just two drinks. Got to the window - they only entered the one drink. Told her we ordered to drinks andher answer was "Oh". I paid for the one drink and left. Read more

By the looks of recent reviews, leadership and management are not this location?s forte, and today is no different. Asked for a... blended matcha tea on a hot day. Didn?t think it was much of an issue. Pulled up to the window and ice can be seen in the cup. Imentioned it was supposed to be blended. (Assuming it was the) manager says ?oh it is, then I put ice in it. That?s why it?sfrothy at the top?. Without wanting to make a scene over a tea I went on my way only to find it was a large cup of ice with asplash of tea. Most establishments will give you a cup of ice for free. Newer location that is always fast and friendly. Food is delicious and coffee is always great. On the inside, tons of space!... Plenty of space to sit and relax inside an upscale atmosphere. One of my favorite locations. They have bags of coffee, tumblers,and more that you can buy in the middle of the restaurant. Check this location out! Read more
If there?s less than one star I?ll rate for them, I had two awful experiences with them, first one I ordered more than 20... English muffins for more than $50 and they missed up all of my order, they give me just 15 English muffins different than what Iordered. Second experience I ordered 8 English muffins for $35 and all of them was burnt literally all of them, i understand ifthey didn?t notice one or two..but all of them!! Went through the drive-through last weekend early, around 8 am or so. When Donuts ???? is in the name of your business, you... should have donuts/pastries in stock. I mean I know that DD doesn't make their donuts in-house, they are shipped in fromwhatever bakery makes them. So whoever does the ordering for this store needs to reevaluate how many of what items to order,especially during the weekends! You can't run out or not have items in stock first thing. I was ordering for 3 of us. 2 coldbrew coffees and 2 donuts. They didn't have their featured jack-o-lantern donut they're displaying all over the menu and theydidn't have an apple fritter either. I then asked for another donut and was told they were out of it too. So finally I waslike what donuts do you have in stock? Because I kept naming them and the young lady kept telling me we don't have any of"those". It was almost comical but very disappointing. Reevaluate your customer's wants and purchasing habits and stock upya'll. Also whomever you choose to put on the drive-thru make sure they're upbeat and not laboring to take your order.
