Love their coffee! Drive thru can be a pain sometimes but they get through the line pretty quickly. Service is always great!
I?m disappointed with this location. The first time I went here, I ordered 10 munchkins on the app. When I arrived, they told me... they were out of munchkins, but it could be substituted with 1 donut. Ten munchkins and 1 donut are not equal in terms ofsubstitution. Furthermore, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with that order and they gave me a wake up wrap. I had to return tothe drive through to get it fixed and left feeling dissatisfied. I decided to give it another chance and ordered munchkinstoday, I selected an assortment of three different varieties. I received 10 nasty glazed munchkins that taste like old cookingoil. I will have to find somewhere else to get breakfast. As others have mentioned, the customer service is not very friendlyand the food is pretty gross. They get two stars because they are good at fulfilling coffee orders. Read more
This Dunkin is pretty good, unless Jennifer is taking your order, at least that's the name that was on the receipt. This... employee is slow, can't remember a single item and makes you repeat yourself after every single thing you say. Has messed up ouritems after going through all that trouble to have us repeat ourself over and over, and on top of that saps the life out of youwith how unhappy she sounds being there. Read more
????'s were good, not a big variety unfortunately. I asked if they were currently making and more,, she replied by shaking her... head.. I still got a dozen. Customer service was really poor, no greeting, and no, "have a great day", silence. The employeesdidn't mind talking to one another though. I won't be going back to this location. Read more
First, while ordering, the gentleman taking our food order was very short with us and asked ?that it?? My wife and I were going... to get coffee as well but felt like he didn?t want or care for our order. Then after we get our food, we find that the two?toasted? bagels with cream cheese did not have cream cheese nor were they toasted. They put packets of cream cheese in the bagwith the cold bagels. In the drive through, you would think it would be on the bagel. I definitely don?t recommend this locationas I feel the employees don?t care about the customer and care more about talking amongst themselves. Read more
Just would like to give a huge shout out to the entire staff at Dunkin donuts on Memorial. Today is Saturday 7/23/22 I needed a... mid day pick me upper to run errands. My Husband tried the brown sugar cold foam cold brew. The kids got donuts!!! I tried thebutter pecan original Iced coffee This afternoon crew was amazing!!!???? Ordered on the app. Was offered a free bakery item with purchase of medium drink. Activated the offer. It didn't work and still... charged me. Asked for a refund on site. Wouldn't give me a refund. Managers didn't even know the number of the store they workat. Started to get snappy for no reason. Never coming back to his awful place. They were also out of matcha which is the drink Iordered. So screwed me on app deal, didn't have my item, wouldn't give refund, snappy attitude. 1 star, only b3cause that's aslow as I can go. Read more
