Love their coffee! Drive thru can be a pain sometimes but they get through the line pretty quickly. Service is always great!
I?m disappointed with this location. The first time I went here, I ordered 10 munchkins on the app. When I arrived, they told me... they were out of munchkins, but it could be substituted with 1 donut. Ten munchkins and 1 donut are not equal in terms ofsubstitution. Furthermore, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with that order and they gave me a wake up wrap. I had to return tothe drive through to get it fixed and left feeling dissatisfied. I decided to give it another chance and ordered munchkinstoday, I selected an assortment of three different varieties. I received 10 nasty glazed munchkins that taste like old cookingoil. I will have to find somewhere else to get breakfast. As others have mentioned, the customer service is not very friendlyand the food is pretty gross. This Dunkin is pretty good, unless Jennifer is taking your order, at least that's the name that was on the receipt. This... employee is slow, can't remember a single item and makes you repeat yourself after every single thing you say. Has messed up ouritems after going through all that trouble to have us repeat ourself over and over, and on top of that saps the life out of youwith how unhappy she sounds being there. Read more

Managers didn't even know the number of the store they workat. Started to get snappy for no reason. Never coming back to his awful place. They were also out of matcha which is the drink Iordered.
