The staff is generally very nice, but the drive-thru pretty much always has a long line. I order through the app to save some... time, but lately I?ve been waiting a while in the drive-thru :( Last Saturday, I waited 35+ minutes. If you?re going to ordersomething from this Dunkin, I?d recommend going inside the store as opposed to doing drive-thru. Read more
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, at least on 10/4/22, around 9:30 a.m. Very SLOW SERVICE... I'll admit I went inside because of the... drive-thru line, and that there were 3 customers in front of me. The donut SELECTION WAS VERY SPARCE (especially for awell-known, national establishment)! Over half the trays were completely empty! I asked when they were going to replenish theirdonuts, and the person at the counter said "when we run out of what we have." (And at what point would that be?) :-( Also, thedonuts I purchased (not what I actually came for) were OLD AND SMASHED. Hopefully next time will be better... but NOT IN A HURRYTO GO BACK. Read more
I?ve never seen a place treat its employees so bad. Might be a good place for a donut but the managers are a joke. I stopped... going due to how I wittinesed the employees get treated. One girl was working by herself all day because everyone else calledout and none of the managers would come in and help her, Openers calling out leaving employees without keys waiting in themorning to even get into their place of work. Management calling out employees in front of customers. This place is a franchise,if you like Dunkin go to a different one and pray this one finally closes. Read more
I frequently use this location on my daily travel and the service was a lot better a year ago. But every time I come to this... location, it?s worse! Today I waited 10 minutes at the windows for 2 iced coffees. Who is running this place? Read more
The slowest service I have seen. They were helping DoorDash first and each of those DoorDash people must have been picking up... four orders of about 5 to 6 things apiece because their arms were full. The people inside were just sitting around waiting asall those orders were being done. And then when we got our order because they were rushing the order was wrong and when we wentup to ask them to fix it they gave us attitude and they gave us back the breakfast sandwiches cold Read more

Always great service and coffee is made perfectly. I wish all the locations were like this one. It's out of the way for me but... its the only location that knows how to make the coffee and other drinks. My only issue is that their always sold out of jellydonuts ???? ????. You literally have to order one when they first open. So I had to wake up at 7am today, cause I really wantedmy daughter to try one. Read more
The slowest service I have ever experienced. 4 people in front of me took about 22 mins. And the lady at the register bless her... heart was giving an effort but was slow as MOLASSES. The sense of urgency didn?t seem to be there with the line begging to formoutside of the store. I?m just happy that I got my bagel. I thought I was never going to get out of there. Read more
