I have worked near Dos Rancheros for 9 years and ordered many times. Way back, it used to be good and the people were friendly.... Since someone took over a few years ago, the food and staff have gone downhill. The only thing I get from there now is cheesedip & chips. Most of the time the dip is lukewarm, lumpy, and kind of gritty and the chips are always cold. No big dealbecause it still tastes ok. I've noticed there's one woman who always charges me more for my order than the other lady. Ithappened again today. Last week (with the other lady) she charged me $4.55 for my order. Today, I was going to be chargedabout $2 more. I explained to her that's not what I paid last week. She told me it was because they charge $1.25 for the cupthe dip comes in and $.50 for a to-go order. I looked back at my bank statements and yes, this has been happening for awhilewith the two different prices. Most of the time I'm in a hurry and don't pay attention to the price. But today I was payingattention and told her I wasn't going to pay for it and left. I won't go back. Almost $5 for a small thing of just ok cheesedip and cold chips isn't worth it. So I definitely am not paying almost $7 for it. Read more

Food was amazing and delivered fast. I just wish we had the ability put special requests on the dishes, or a way to put an... allergy alert on the order. Doordash said that the restaurant has chosen not to accept special requests. Update on 7/23 weended up with food poisoning. 1 star because of it. Read more
If you want Mexican food from 1997, this is definitely the place to go. And that's not a slam, but there's a definite vibe and... taste to back then, versus now. The restaurant was empty, we were literally the only two people there for most of the meal.However, the food was pretty good, I liked the decor (though kind of old, you could tell it was quite nice a couple decadesago). The waitress was really nice, as well. The music alternated between no music, dance music, and classical music, butnothing that made you feel like your were actually in a Mexican restaurant. That was really odd. And it was the same two piecesof music, over and over, lol...not quite sure what was going on there. But overall, it was a pleasant lunch out. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant. My family and I came out for dinner on Friday... night and we were sat almost immediately. Our waitress came to take our drink order after a few minutes. We asked a questionabout the menu and she just walked away and didn?t come back for around 20 minutes. During our 20 minute wait, we saw her at theregister apparently frustrated. She then goes around to the other table behind us and gives them their checks. We assumed shewas having a hard time separating their checks and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was new. Shefinally came over to take our order and she didn?t seem to speak English well. After she tried to repeat our order in English 3times, I repeated our order back to her in Spanish to make sure she understood (I speak Spanish but do not look like I do andshe must have assumed I don?t). She seemed to get it and walked away. We finally received our food and it wasn?t bad but wenever were asked how it was or if we needed anything else. We didn?t get refills, we had to stop a busboy to assist us becauseour waitress had apparently been avoiding us and only tending to all the Spanish speaking tables around us. Blatantly avoidingus. The busboy brings us our refill and we just asked for a to go box and our check. The waitress disappeared and no one couldfind her, so we then waited another 5-10ish minutes for another waiter to go and find her so we could get our check. We finallycashed out and left after complaining about the service to the busboy since he was the only person who seemed to care to help usat all and noticed we were upset. A lady who appeared to be the manager saw us talking to him and decided not to come over orsay anything to us. Horrible. When my family visited this location a few months ago, it was not this bad but it must have newmanagement or a whole new staff because we didn?t recognize anyone. Will never go back. Read more
The food was great, the flavor was amazing. Everything tasted really authentic and traditional. Unfortunately the table wasn't... very clean and there are spider webs and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. But again the food was amazing! Read more
My daughter and I like to try places that we haven't been before. many times, like this one, we will not try again. you live and... you learn I guess. It was a rainy day and all the employees cars were on the front row leaving us to get soaked as we enteredto a restaurant. with only 2 other customers in it I thought well maybe we're early.... no, we weren't early, I think we couldhave sat there all night and no one else would have came. things were piled in the corner there was no happy music, Hispanic orotherwise. No one really talked to us, the food Tasted old I'm just not sure what I can say good about this place. it reallyneeds to close. Read more
