Never again will I go to this location, I prefer Domino's over other brands and I used to have good experiences at this location... but lately it is so bad, that I am giving up. Ordered last night, got home and it was the wrong order, guy at window was veryrude, didn't thank me and was complaining about the orders coming in. I know that they are short staffed an all but the attitudewas unacceptable he gave me a refund when I drive back up there but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Read more

Received wrong items, took over 30 minutes for ?prep? process and then food ultimately sat in ?quality check? for almost 40 min.... How do you get an order wrong after ?quality checking? it for so long!? Needless to say wrong food arrived cold. I made aminimum of 4 calls and never received answer. Would absolutely not recommend this location and would give it negative 5 starsif I could. Poor quality and poor customer service. Read more

Ordered the meal deal, first time both the cinnamon twist and garlic knots were raw and the pizza was cold and cut incorrectly... along with no marinara sauce for the bread bites but it did have the icing. They refunded the order and resent it. SAME EXACTISSUES. The only thing corrected was the temp. Still raw, not cooked long enough, bread bites are gooey on the inside, marinarafor those bread bites still missing and was just told I have to pay for marinara (but I don't pay for icing?) All of thesethings I expressed and was very understanding and the manager whose name I can't remember, it starts with a B and it's a female.Said she was busy training and sometimes the trainees take food out too early. Raw food is a real concern and not okay. Theinability to correct direct issues that were addressed is a lack of leadership or accountability. I've worked at plenty of pizzaplaces and apparently this Dominos is the only place who doesn't quality check their delivers before they deliver. To think Itip 40% each time too. Ridiculous. What happened to the parchment-like paper in the box under the bread twists? The box was a buttery greasy mess! Luckily (haha)... the bread twists were cold so the butter and parmesan didn't leak through the cracks. The bread was half raw and looked veryunappetizing. It will be a long time before I order from Domino's again...if ever. Read more

Owner of this location, please give your staff members a raise and do what you can to find them more help. The past few times I... have ordered, it?s evident they don?t have near the help they need yet they?ve always been very kind. They are always workingvery hard and doing everything in their power to get the pizzas out as fast as possible. Maybe limit online orders or give amore realistic wait time? Read more

I placed an online order for a single family, nothing substantial. Upon completing the order it stated my order would be... completed / ready for pickup 1.5 hours later. Which was unacceptable I had other plans, so I attempted to cancel my order bycalling the store over and over, constant busy signal, attempted to cancel online, not available? I even went to the store butno way to getting in to speak with someone. I tried calling corporate customer service to cancel my order but no luck? so Icancelled my plans ran a few errands to bust time? needless to say 2+ hours later my order is still not in oven let alone ready?very frustrating I wish I could give this a ZERO STAR OR NEGATIVE RATING! After waiting 1.5 hours for a delivery I called the store 3 times without anyone answering and was forced to drive to the store... to find out what was going on. At the window the person working refused to help outside of telling me that my order hadn?t evenbeen made yet and then proceeded to verbally accost me. Absolutely disgusting. Pizzas looked like it exploded in the oven and several pieces had zero cheese. Completely unappealing and... unappetizing. Called the store and spoke to the manager and by his tone he could care less and just is sending us a new Pizzaand "it would be there eventually" no apology or anything.
