In town on business & decided to give this place a try, recommend by one of the locals. It did NOT disappoint. Great service,... great food & cold drinks. Appetizers were delicious, shrimp cocktail tail & cheese bread. The regular bread is pretty good aswell. Steak was cooked like I'd asked for it to be. If recommend eating her. Read more
Went for Demos weekly special - blackened chicken stuffed baked potato, w/Demos special baked chicken soup (choice of soup or... salad), rolls, & water with lemon. $7.13 total (+ tip). I can't think of a better place to eat. Excellent lunch, service, & $.Demos have a weekly special & I'll definitely be back. They have eat in, curbside pickup, & to go options. This is a familystyle Italian restaurant with a bar, classic pasta dishes, kids menu, and something for everyone. Just an all around excellentrestaurant choice. I usually LOVE Demos, but I was VERY disappointed this time with the takeout. I got the spaghetti sampler with two sauces. The... marinara side had no noodles underneath and the brown butter garlic had only noodles no sauce! We also got Mexican spaghetti andit came like the photo. Ordered take out and the pickup time stated was 4:15pm. The order hadn?t even been started by the time we arrived. The staff was... unhelpful and on their phones a majority of the time. We waited there an hour and finally got our fettuccine Alfredo at 5:15. Iwas pretty shocked $20 pasta looked like this and the soup was also concerning. I do want to add the manager was remorsefuland upset by the staffs behavior so he refunded our bill. However, I don?t think we?ll ever return. Read more
Visiting from Chicago, this was my second time dining at this restaurant. The service was outstanding! We were a party of 10 and... our wait staff were truly Awesome! My meal was not 5 star quality, but the service was 5 star. With regards to my meal I reallyonly enjoyed the soup and broccoli. I could tell my steak was not of high quality by the taste and texture. I can't fault therestaurant on this because the menu stated the meat was grain fed and the waiter let me know it was not bone-in . I'm use tobone-in ribeye steaks and I prefer grassfed red meat. Really good food. The rolls are amazing! The chicken and rice soup is good but could use a little more seasoning and be thicker,... but tasty anyway. The brown butter pasta is amazing and so is the basil pesto Alfredo with chicken! The chicken was tender andjuicy! The spinach dip was a bit watery and could have had a little more salt to it, but the chips that were served with it madeup for that. We sat at the bar and Heather (I believe her name was), was kind and friendly with a lovely disposition. We had toask for silverware and napkins, but she was a little busy.
