Culver?s sadly isn?t what it used to be! Their burgers were my favorite! When it first opened and pre Covid it was the best... place for burgers and ice cream sundaes! Now, the service is very slow and the food isn?t prepared as well. As you can see inthe pictures, I have went through the drive through and inside and on both occasions wasn?t glad I chose to go. This last timeI got the wrong concrete mixer too. I ordered the salted caramel and got pumpkin. Mind you I like pumpkin but that?s not what Iwanted. I know some of the associates are new and learning and at least they are working so I kept it and went on. The issuethat concerned me when I went in was the one associate making food begging to leave after only being there a short while. Workis just that work. If you want to get paid you need to just stay and do the work. If the Owners are the original owners theywere very nice people. I would think that the associates are treated well. I usually go to this Culver?s. But honestly they?re starting not to look so good. Each time I order something so simple they... seem to not put full effort. I got a large fry my last visit. Just that. And the fries were overcooked and almost have a oldtaste like they?ve been sitting for way longer than they should?ve. But I wasn?t going to waste my money and continued to takebites. The Butter Burger at Culvers is a fastfood burger that doesn't taste like fastfood!! Always delicious! The crinkle cut fries... Are always on point also! I always get the double butter burger because I feel like that is a better meat/bun ratio. Today I gota side of six butterfly fried shrimp. For fast food shrimp, I guess they were pretty good. But going forward, I will definitelybe sticking with the butter burger and crinkle cut fries! Read more
I have enjoyed hot delicious fast food in the past. My mom's food was cold. I got about half of the cheese curds I used to the... last time I was in there. I didn't care for the chicken tenders.
