We have been to Chuy's many times but not in quite a while. It's just as good as I remember! They have updated the menu and... the charro beans are gone???? They were so good! But everything else was so tasty. Our server seemed to be short-handed andthe kitchen was backed up. We had an appetizer and lots of chips/dip/salsa and the meals were taking a really long time so weended up taking it to go. Overall it was a good experience and we left with full tummies???? Amazing restaurant, I love the Tex-Mex flavors and that they let you select your own heat tolerance with the various sauces. We... have tried most everything on the menu and it has all been great! The staff are all wonderful and very helpful. We recently hada family emergency pop-up just after we had ordered our drinks, and our server was so very helpful with our situation. We willbe back! We like Chuy?s and today we had the best service! Restaurant was packed but we had the happiest, kindest waiter named Zach! He... was so attentive and just overall awesome! The manager was also amazing, he saw the staff was busy with customers and steppedright in to take care of delivering orders as well and even stopped to talk to us! Great customer care and service! It is a very cool looking resturant but the food was literally traumatizing. Tex-mex is the worst type of food this country has... seen. The only good thing was our waitress idk her name but she was very quick and nice. The ranch dip and cheese dip were okay.Bring back authentic Mexican food!! Read more
Chuy's is a bright and colorful Tex-Mex place that's great for groups or families. They have several different sauces to choose... from which is nice. I ordered the deluxe chicken enchiladas which was decent. However, I didn't like that much of the chickenwas in huge chunks making it difficult to cut. It did taste good though. It's definitely worth a try if you've never been. Thewaiter we had was excellent. Interesting side note: the silverware package had prayers written on it which I had never seenbefore. Read more
Love their custom enchiladas with Boom Boom sauce - typically do cheese enchiladas (sometimes throw in the grilled steak). Extra... flour tortillas on the side is a must (great alternative for dipping in the jalapeño ranch). Tres Leches is excellent! Read more
It's good. Typical chain restaurant serving Tex-Mex style food. Great for larger parties but nothing too special. It also has... an outside seating area which is great. I think 4 stars is good, I just don't think every place needs to be 5 stars unless it'sspecial. Read more
