Kinda disappointed with my bowl size. They serve food like if they are the ones paying for the meal.
I went to Chipotle Mexican Grill 2113 Memorial Blvd. My order was supposed to be done at 7:10 pm I waited in line patiently the... car line was moving very slowly. When I finally got to the pickup window. The lady at the window was saying the manager wouldn?tlet her hand out the orders. After a few minutes of this going on the manager. and the lady at the window started arguing witheach other. Some words shouldn?t have been said by either one. The manager fired the lady right in front of me. The window wasshut with no explanation I was just left sitting there for 5 minutes. finally, a nice lady come to the window she did apologizefor the wait. But she gave me the wrong order. Still no apology from the manager. I had to ask the management twice still noapology from the manager. I was in line for over 35 minutes waiting. The girl that took over the pick line was Super nice. TheManager was not so nice no apology whatsoever it took them forever to come over and explain what happened. Read more
The staff at this location in insanely rude! They were rolling their eyes, huffing their breathe, and having an attitude. Also... the portions at this location have changed a lot! I remember going in and them fill up the bowl but now you can barley get morethan half. I will NEVER be going back to this location again! I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in my life. Read more
I've enjoyed Chipotle for years, with out any issues. I purchased a chicken bowl twice in the last two months from this... location. I got very sick both times. I will not being going back to this location ever again!! That's how sick I got!! Read more
Usually a great experience But tonight wasn?t. The food looked dry, the workers were kinda rude and put no effort into making... the food. Once I got to the register they said they had no chips which I wouldn?t of ordered a burrito bowl if I knew they hadnone. If this had been the 1st time Id ever been to a Chipotle I would never come back. Im sitting in the restaurant as I type bc I... felt so led to post this review. The ?service? was terrible, and please realize for those who have never been its like theSubway of Mexican food. They simply assemble what u ask for. Quality has definitely gone down at this location. My last two pick ups looked like they were shaken and were only half full.
I hate to be that person but the picture tells it all. I ordered on the app went to go pick up my food just to get home and open... my bag to a HALF full bowl! I don?t understand. Then the number they have doesn?t direct you to the actual store. Smh. Read more
