My go-to for chicken salad! My Dad has been in the hospital/rehab for a stroke since February 1st. It?s been difficult to get... him to eat but he will eat Chicken Salad Chick every time we bring it to him!! He gets protein and fat from the chicken saladand carbs from the pasta salad, and it is all soft so he can easily eat by himself. Always a wonderful experience! When the sweet employee brought the food to our table, my little one was surprised he didn't have... chips. He thought he had asked for them but I didn't hear him. I told the employee not to worry about it, he could eat what hewas served. But she looked at him and said "do you REALLY want chips?" And he happily said "yes please" and she went and got himchips.
