It is frustrating that the LAST 3 times that I have gotten waffle fries from this location, it has been an ABSOLUTE... disappointment that I think "next time WILL be better?!" Well, no as this time...I MUST have gotten the very bottom as theywere soggy, plenty of crumbs, portion only filled halfway up (more of medium versus large that I paid for), luke warm and maybe4 full-sized waffle fries total?! NOT a pleasure and considering I cannot eat out at most restaurants due to having to be 100%gluten free as most places risk cross contamination, to eat out anywhere should be a treat rather than wasting my money, alongwith unnecessary calories! I know that they are ALWAYS busy, but this should have NEVER passed the quality test that I thinkChick-fil-A strives for...Still no excuse for it as EVERY customer's order should matter! ???? The service is hard to be matched. Chick has a way of serving people that more restaurants should try. Everyone usually is... quick. Watch out for big suvs that attempt to park on the side of the lot by the drive thru. They can?t fit and then almost takeout the side of your vehicle because they parked like an idiot. There is something to be said about about a fast food restaurant that doesn't act like a fast food restaurant. Their customer... service is top notch compared to any restaurant. Read you can definitely tell training and inconsistency and kindness are partof the daily routine. Food is always prepared excellent. This particular location for a long time was difficult to getin-and-out of but they remodeled and revamped their entire drive-through system and I have to say it is incredible. The volumeof people that they push through and a speedy level with the quality and service level is truly impressive. Read more
Our (2yr old and myself) first time in... incredibly friendly and professional staff. Great food and ice cream. My little guy... loved it. It's a madhouse during lunch hours but well worth it. Very clean restaurant as well. Read more

Speed! Accuracy! Courtesy! Definitely worth the wait! The food is always delicious, the correct temperature and what you... ordered! The associates are always friendly and they like to pet and talk to my dog;) They also make certain he gets his PupCup! It sure makes the entire visit fun! This is my favorite fast food restaurant. I am always happy after my visit! I like the#1 Meal on a Wheat Bun with 2 packs of bbq sauce for my waffle fries. Today, I had my favorite seasonal shake the PeppermintShake!
