Service was bad, food was cold and they had the doors locked and people couldn't leave. An employee even had trouble unlocking... the door so we could leave. There was a big sign on the door stating that the doors were to stay unlocked while they wereopen. A scary thought if there had been a fire and we couldn't get out. To be honest I was having a morning!!!!! I went to the drive-thru, my driver side window will not roll down. drove around to go... to the door, it was locked. The Man let me in and took my order, everyone was so nice!!!! my food was hot!!!!! when I say frieswas so fresh!!! I had to blow my french fry!!! The best burger in years. God knows how long!! This trip to Burger King was awesome. Even though the Burger King app was down, the cashier tried really hard to make it work.... She couldn't.
