The staff goes above and beyond to assist customers although they seem very understaffed. At times I will have the same emoyee... take payment at first window, then bag the food, make drinks, and hand me my food at the second window. Staff deservesadditional recognition and compensation for all they do to satisfy customers. The food rarely takes a hit on quality althoughthey seem understaffed, and overworked. Read more
My positive is that the majority of the staff are nice and friendly. Thank you guys for that. There is ALWAYS some sort of... technical issue on 2nd shift. They can?t take orders for some reason. When you look on the inside, the employees are sitting inthe middle of restaurant doing NOTHING. Well, one was working. No one was working on the problem. Trash can out front is alwaysfull. Read more
This Burger King always has a long SLOW line!! I have waited up to 20 minutes several times! Also if you have a long wait be... sure to check your bag before leaving because there is guaranteed to have something missing!! I wanted to give them 2 stars butsince they are kind and apologetic about the time and food being forgotten I gave them an extra star!!! Mid day and night shiftare the worse!
