Owner Tosha, was very helpful during my 1st visit. She gave me samples of the different bowl bases to help me make my decision.... I got the Aloha bowl and it was delicious. I've been going a few times a week to get a smoothie bowl. Today I tried the PinaColada bowl and it was SO good!! Read more
I love this spot. It truly feels like this was the kind of place we were missing in the Boro. Healthy, fresh, whole ingredients... that I feel good about putting into my body. All of their bowls are so yummy and pretty it?s always a treat to visit. My onlycritique would be the plastic bowls?is it possible to find biodegradable instead? I know we are in the south and recycling isn?ta ?thing? here, but it is sad to see so many plastic bowls going in and out of this kitchen, and then thrown into the trash- noteven a recycling bin to dispose. Such a cute shop, great service with friendly employees and delicious and fresh smoothies and bowls. My daughter loves the kid... smoothie and the chocolate muffin. I love the açaí smoothie and the açaí bowl and I tried the Pumpkin Spice bowl and it'salso amazing! It's right on the square so we come by often when we leave the square. Highly recommend! Read more
