11/13/22 came at 9:13 and I didn?t get my dine in order taken until 9:25. No one would come to the front. Only served drive thru... orders. Then, when we got our order taken and received, they didn?t give us the coffee that we ordered. That took another 15minutes to get anyone to care enough . Read more

The last 2 times at this location have been dreadful. There will not be a 3rd time. Long wait times, wrong order, missing order,... system down, short staffed, have to cook the chicken, have to cook the biscuits: you name it is the excuses. Like another reviewsaid, ever since Covid this location has declined at a very fast pace. I believe I will drive a little further to grab a simplechicken biscuit order. Ordered a 8pc family meal. Was told it would take 15 minutes i sat and waited about 35ish minutes for someone to tell me they... only had dark meat. Waste of time and money.. very upset and the chicken I did ultimately take was nasty and soggy.. Read more
Stopped here while waiting on some other motorcycle riders. We were able to dine in. Placed orders and they were served up hot... and fresh. The Cajun chicken biscuit is the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dining area was clean and orderly. Greatplace for a quick breakfast. Read more
I was very disappointed with my experience with this location today. I watched an employee putting fries inside my order with... her bare hands. When she realized that she was bring watched she put on gloves. When I started that I wanted my order remade thelady at the window got upset. After I got home with my order I was livid my tenders was old and my chicken legs still had bloodcoming out of them. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. After waiting 30 minutes from the time we placed the online order we showed up because it said it would be ready. When we arrive... they say it will be an additional 30 minutes ?but the chicken will be fresh?. After waiting more than an hour total since thetime the order was originally placed the order was not even correct and the food wasn?t hot and chicken obviously not fresheither. If I was going to be receiving old food why did it take such a long time? Save yourself the time and don?t go here as itwill be a disappointment. Read more
