I went here a month ago, and let me just say this? FIRE THOSE KIDS WHO DONT DO THEIR JOB!!! the teenage girls were too busy... playing around and gossiping and had the drive thru line backed up, got orders wrong and had an attitude with me because Icorrected her of what I ordered. I was jacked for a tip at the BR?smh My wife and I were in the mood for some BR and the most unexpected thing happened. I was... waiting in the drive-thru and we noticed a girl hanging out the window and putting the card reader inside every car in front ofus. I found it odd until it was my turn to pay. The girl was making sure that she and the Baskin & Robbins crew were gettingtheir tip whether you likes it or not? The craziest thing was putting the card reader in the car. I was forced to give her$1.90 tip and then she got an attitude. The worst part of this experience was that the ice cream was soft serve because IMO theyshut the freezers off to make serving ice cream easier. Who owns this joint? Clean house or shut your doors! Oh, almost forgot!The flavors of the IC was water down and the waffle cones had no flavor.
