Only problem I experienced was getting the cinnamon caramel shake that was dispensed from the jamoca shake tap. Got replacement... and found that the taps for the 2 different flavors were both dispensing the cinnamon caramel flavor. Read more
They seem to make up their own store hours. I've been to this store (next to Walmart on memorial) multiple times only to be... completely ignored by the employees. They always have the lights dimmed down to look like they're closed but I see employeesinside. Their app and Google both say they're open and don't close for hours, but nobody says anything. I don't know what kindof lazy employees they have at this location but they need to do something about it bc this has happened to me more than twicein the past few weeks. Food is good but don?t charge a large and then not fill the fries container. SMH
Would have been 5 stars food was amazing but drive thru sign was down and I had to go in to order.
You'd think I would stop trying to get a reuben sandwich made the way they always would just take the meat and put it in a cup... with a lid on it instead of on the sandwich. They screw it up every time. When my son got home with it this time all it had wasthe meat in the cup and cheese only on some kind of bun! And they screwed other parts of the order up also. I am so disappointedonce again! I think I probably won't try anymore. Read more
It took a bit for them to get to me in the drive-thru so I changed my mind a few times. I finally decided on the spicy fish wrap... that was being promoted. It was not good at all it was not spicy the sauce tasted like Caesar dressing with some salty contentin it. The fries were overcooked and not fresh I'm not a arby's patron. Moving forward if I do try them I'll stick to what theydo best... roast beef. Read more
At 5:30 on a Monday evening, the drive thru was busy but no waiting in the lobby. I was in and out with my to-go order within... five minutes. Conner, the young man who took my order, was pleasant and patient! He connected with me as a customer, and theshort time we conversed was great! He?s gonna go far in his career with that kind of customer service! The lobby was clean andstocked, and so was the ladies room. What I saw of the kitchen and staff was your typical fast food organized chaos. Everyoneseemed to be working well together, and getting the orders out in a timely manner. Kudos to this store! Jacob was the sweetest! He works drive thru and he was so nice to all of us, he needs a raise!
