This establishment was pretty good when it first opened. Now it is hit or miss. Some staff seem lacking in training and... customer service. Half the time the order gets messed up. Today I ordered an apple pie concrete and added in crushed nuts. Ireceived a concrete with crushed nuts, but no apple pie. A good employee filling the order should probably have double checkedthat someone would actually order a concrete with just nuts. I hope the owner gets the staff in order because they have a goodproduct. Read more
Honestly I want to like this place but they make it very hard. Employees are fine but the actual food always turns out subpar.... Every time I go I order a concrete mixer and half of it has no toppings in it. This time I paid extra for every topping I gotand I ended up with over half of my item plain vanilla. This has been my experience every time I go and it?s rather annoying.,especially considering I paid extra only for my mixer to have almost no toppings in it. Read more
Absolutely disgusting filthy equipment. I love the Andy?s chain. This location has gone down hill. It is filthy and a health... hazard to their customers. It is a shame for a local franchise to tarnish the image of this company. The service during mylast visit was also extremely sub par. Custard is great but the speed and service has truly taken a dump. 40 minutes ?I?m not exaggerating? to get through the drive... thru. This has been the case past few times stopping in. Evidently they are struggling with labor shortage. When they firstopened it was so quick. If the line is even half way around the building don?t stop! Read more
Usually very good but if there busy do not go. They will put ice cream in a cup and slam whatever ingredients are supposed to go... in on top. it will never hit a mixer. In my business I care about quality over quantity. If they could find there middle groundand serve both of those things I would have gave them a five star review Read more
I was disappointed in how little mixings they put in the custard. I ordered a Butter Pecan with M&Ms medium. I might as well... have ordered a vanilla. Good product though! My husband really enjoyed the raspberry cheesecake. And the facility is reallycute. Read more
This place used to be so good! The last time I went here, my order sat in the sun on the opposite side of the counter and... melted before I could get it. This time, I placed my usual order: chocolate concrete with peanut butter and peanut butter cupand a chocolate concrete with strawberries. My wife had a single strawberry in her concrete and I don?t think I had any mix insin mine at all. I don?t think I?ll go here again.
