When my sandwich was ready the line worker placed it on the counter. I asked another worker for a bag and extra napkins as I... guess I was suppose to pick it up without being bagged. The worker placed napkins in the bag, but not my sandwich. I stood therefor a second realizing he had no intentions on bagging my sandwich. I bagged my own sandwich and walked out. Once I looked at myreceipts I noticed it said EZ mayo, sauce and oregano. I asked for extra mayo, sauce and oregano. Bagging my own order and nothaving the order correct was a horrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars! Mike Daly, the general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I just spoke with him... at 3:30 pm about an error on my Giant #16 sandwich. He hung up on me because he couldn?t answer my question and then blamed iton a phone issue. When I called back he acted as if he couldn?t remember the conversation we just had. My sandwich was not madecorrectly. I did not notice until I opened it later in the day when I was preparing my lunch for work. He even had the audacityto ask me what type of work I do, which was not warranted. A simple problem that could have been handled professionally has nowescalated into a bigger problem. When I asked for corporate numbers he got smug and said ?sure? then proceeded to tell me hecouldn?t find it. I am disgusted at his actions and seriously doubt I will continue to be a customer if this type of treatmentcontinues. The respect and politeness I gave him was NOT reciprocated. No integrity! Yes I waited about an hour for my food. I was understanding. Then they took it to the wrong house fine it... happens. I called to check on my order and they had the nerve to tell me they would go to the wrong house and pickup my orderand bring it to me! Excuse me! You want to bring me food that someone else went through! I left instructions on whereexactly to leave my order. And they had the nerve to tell me the other address had the same setup! So I went to the house theysaid they delivered, they didn?t have the same area to drop off food. Don?t lie and then try to make it my fault. I wasunderstandable that mistakes happen I even went to pick up my order in person. My order was over $50 I asked for nothing but totake off the delivery fee and they made a big deal about that! I just ordered food from this Jimmy Johns location in Munster Indiana on Ridge Road they delivered my food to the wrong... location, and the resolution was for me to go and find my food in that department. I let them know that I didn?t want fooddelivered to the hands of someone else. The MANAGERS answer to that was ?it?s in a bag!? I responded that it was thenunsanitary. He then canceled my order!
