They need to update their hours on the website and door because they are advertised being open till 6:30pm but I went there... today around 4:45pm and they told me they were closed! The open sign was on by the way. For get your shot together! Don?t putthe 2-6pm sign for $2 drinks when you don?t stay open till 6! Read more
90% of the time they mess up our order from giving us the wrong donut, wrong flavor coffee or giving us creamer instead of milk... like I requested. Then when you ask them to redo it they are very annoyed. They do not have good customer service. I?m so tiredof these places being able to mess up your order as much as they want like they don?t care and it doesn?t matter. Where did goodcustomer service go with people smiling at the window or saying thank you. It?s all frowns, shoving your food to you and closingthe window as fast as they can. My wife placed a order for 2 ice coffees. I go to pick it up and pull in to drive thru and they are closed. I pull up to the... drive thru window and they are in fact closed. The hours on there website and on the window says open till 9 pm daily. I seetwo employees of the store as i pull out of drive thru and ask why they take online orders when they are closed.
