Got an Oreo blast and at first it looked promising...Oreos on top clearly provided the evidence my order was correct which was... really the only good part about my experience. As I enjoy my Oreo blast I soon realize an extreme lack of Oreos. I think nothingof it as enjoy my sweet treat. Then the lack of Oreos becomes disturbing and I soon understand what has happened. All the Oreoswere in the bottom of the cup, perfectly untouched by vanilla ice cream. Someone at that establishment clearly doesn'tunderstand they need to mix the Blasts thoroughly to really get everything where it should be. My family has been going here for years, but as of recent they always get our order wrong, food comes out cold after taking... forever, and they?re always out of something we order. Not to mention there have been several incidents where we will ordermilkshakes (there are 3 of us), and we will be told that the machine is down for cleaning, only to see the car next to usgetting milkshakes themselves less than 5 minutes later. don?t go here, it?s not worth your time. Overall our meal was okay. We both ordered the number three on the menu which is the double bacon cheeseburger meal. With tater... tots and a route 44 size coke. The tater tots were slightly over cooked and someone got very ambitious with the application ofsalt. The burger was good however the bacon was burned to the point of being blackened. They were quick and the car hop wasfriendly and professional. Not the best I?ve had but not the worst either. I gave them a 3 star rating and would not recommend. Read more
Food was cold. We got chicken chunks and they were burnt. We also got a chili dog and it was horrible. The cheese was a slice of... cheese melted. The hot dog was cold. And the fries were not fresh. Read more
Seemed very confused with taking my order. I'm also pretty sure she overcharged me. Then when handing back my card , she insists... she gave me her pay card and I needed to switch back out. I looked at my card and it has my name and info. She asks me again areyou sure? Then comes back with the food and apologized. Now for me that's a red flag. Why was she so insistent on receiving mycard back? Twists were overcooked chili cheese tots were done with old chili and cold. Only thing good was the Tea and kids mealordered. I wanted to try the pickle fries. They made me get them on a double cheeseburger. I ate it but wanted a single. But they were... awful. Didn't even taste like pickles. The burger itself was delicious as usual. I ordered fries and got tots... No big dealcause they have the best tater tots...!!! I was mostly disappointed with my slush. I ordered a blue raspberry and coconutslush. This is the second time I couldn't taste the coconut. Do I need to change how I order? Should I ask for a coconut slushwith blue raspberry? $15 an hr no ice in my drink means "NO ICE". The burgers were so greasy you won't believe the picture's. To top it all off there... was a hair in my husband's burger I will not be returning. Read more
