Come here usually about once a month, normally everything is fine. This last time we were feeding 4 and the wings were dry and... not saucy, and fries were cold. No ranch at all with a large family order? Terribly disappointing late night meal having just come back from a family vacation a... few hours ago. Seemingly criminal. What?s verifiably criminal however, is how the store handled their mistake and ourconversation. They didn?t care and blatantly disregarded their oversight. Normally a solid location which we ordered fromfrequently, we won?t be ordering from here any longer. The wings were also poorly prepared. To the owner of this location, dumpthe skeleton crew you have working here now as they?re tanking your store. They have terrible customer service skills I ordered from here a view weeks ago spent $80 and was missing two orders of fries... and had all bone in chicken when I ordered bone out as well I tried to make another order 2weeks after the fact let the personon the phone know my experience last time all he said was the fries will be in the bag he did not offer any kind of compensationfor the bad service last time and did not even extend an apology as we all know their food is not cheap so with that being saidI would expect a little better service . I come to this wingstop occasionally. It's been a few months. Love the wings. I ordered last Friday, they were busy. I waited... like 25 minutes for my food. Got home and saw that the bone in wings had barely any Louisiana rub. The cajun fries were alsobarely seasoned. We also had 1t of the nine in thighs which were hard, and dry. A lot of seasoning on those though. Not verytasty. Threw out the bone in thighs. I would definitely recommend checking your food before leaving. I will not be back to thislocation. Read more
My first time ever going here or any Wingstop for that matter. Had to drive 9 minutes to get home and boneless wings were a... little bit soggy but still pretty delicious. Regular buffalo is just a little spicier than I'd hope for but still delicious. Iguess I only took one star off cuz I was looking for that crisp. Super friendly staff and order was out even quicker than theysaid. Definitely will try it again when I can dine in. Read more
Love all the flavors they have for you to choose from????????? Wings are made to order, hot and fresh. Average wait is around... 10min, but you can order online or call in advance so they can have your order ready when you get there. Read more
