It now makes sense after seeing other reviews, i thought we just had bad luck, but I have been here 3-4 times and there is... always something wrong with the food, and i just want to focus on the food here. It was rice over cooked or under cooked, weirdtasting chicken, but the last one was the worst, i got steak burrito bowl and the steak doesn't taste grilled, probably like oldmeat got reheat. As a loyal chipotle customer, I hate to leave this review, but I have to, this is worst experience I ever had, I would give 0 if... I could, I ordered three pickup bowls, hope I can enjoy the dinner with my family, when I get back home, all three bowls haveonly 1/3 of plate of food, no cheese or lettuce, when I called the restaurant, the people when answered the phone said that?sbecause I did not choose those from app.I will never come to this restaurant.
