Guess they won't let me rate this place Zero stars. Showed up at 8:00 on a Saturday night. Couldn't go in because the doors were... locked. Wow! Where do families go for ice cream on a Saturday night? Had to go through the drive-thru and got behind a bunch ofpedestrians who were also using the drive-thru window. Ordered 1 chocolate malt & 1 vanilla milk shake. Was told they were outof vanilla. Really? That's like Colonel Sanders running out of chicken. Changed the order to 1 chocolate malt, 1 chocolateshake. After waiting 15 minutes, I got 1 chocolate shake in return. When I alerted the clerk to her mistake, she said that I hadchanged my order. Only partially correct, if she had been truly listening. Paid $7.33 for the privilege of not getting what Iwanted by a clerk who looked like she couldn't be bothered. A franchise in decline... Read more
I hate leaving these kind of reviews but I have to. This place is a joke. I took my daughter here for some ice cream. We tried... going in at 810 PM and the doors are already locked so we did the drive thru and tried ordering vanilla ice cream which theydidnt have so thats fine and we tried ordering chocolate which they didnt have either? we tried ordering rocky road and jamocaalmond fudge and they didnt have those either so we just settled for what seemed to be the only flavor they have which wasstrawberry ice cream. Customer service wasn?t great either. All in all experience was terrible. Of I could give 0 star I defwould. Read more
This was the second time I've ordered from this Baskin Robbins and they completely screw up my order. Just paid $30 for a banana... split and a sundae and what they gave me was two scoops of ice cream in the container with no toppings, no whipped cream nobananas, nothing! They didn't even get the ice cream flavors right! They just put whatever they want in the containers and sendyou on your way! Then I try to call the store and no one even answers the phone it goes straight to a voicemail box that isfull! Ridiculous! I'm furious! Read more

Employees stop taking orders before closing time. I wait in drive thru for someone to take my order and nothing, no one takes my... order! This has happened twice!! I see employees inside store not caring! So now I just drive 25 minutes away to differentlocation! Read more
So June 19 2020 about 6:20am decided to into store to get some beagles. Their was a lady in front of me getting helped. She had... issues with the employee. The employee helping her was not wearing a mask or gloves. Seeing that I decided to leave. I wantsomeone handing my food to where the recommended safety equipment during this pandemic. Put in an order for a birthday cake online, my card was charged, had a confirmation email and everything and when I went to pick... up the cake, they had no idea what I was talking about, said they had no orders come in and they were not even apologetic aboutit....and yes I had the correct location! When I returned home, I tried calling them for more info and they actually don'tanswer the phone....also tried to call corporate and gave up after being on hold for 10 minutes.
