Worst store around they keep their lights off at night so they look closed, they lock their doors during the day too so it?s the... drive thru open with 8 cars in it. They made me 3 iced lattes because they said they were out of ice coffee with a splash ofespresso in them it looked like milk for $17 dollars gross. Any good their isn?t cooked bagel bites still cold in the middle.The owners should really do something. Read more
Absolutely horrible representation of Baskin-Robbins. They close an hour early despite the hours were posted on the front door.... They can never get the order right, intentionally lying to the customers. Extremely lazy and unsupervised adolescent staff withno manager in sight. Needs to be completely rewamped! 0/10 will actively avoid from now on. Read more

They don't even make their own Donuts anymore there is never a variety there either.
This Baskin-Robbins is really awful. There have been no signs on the cases to indicate the flavor names for months. They said... they all "fell off." And the plexi-glass sliding cover over the case with the open tubs of ice cream is seriously broken, so itcannot close, I asked if they had any concerns that pieces of the shattered cover had fallen into the ice cream and could harmpeople who ate them. Or that the ice cream is sitting open and, therefore, not being kept fresh at all and exposed to otherdebris falling in. They said, "no." Read more
Drive thru hardly moved. Ordered a thick strawberry shake and got strawberry soup. When I showed this to the employee she... asked me what was wrong with it ?? No manager was on site to help the staff ? They were told not to give refunds when nomanager is around........ Read more
Customer service is terrible. Took 20 minutes to make 2 ice cream orders that were wrong.
My experience here last weekend with my family was good no issues or problems, flavor was good and very delicious. We ordered... 5pcs crispy tenders and limeade. Read more
