Went to get my Fiancé a frozen cake and have ?I love you babygirl? on top. The only one I could find was a small one & wasn?t... sure if it could be done. The younger lady that was working took immediate ownership of the situation and advised me she couldget it done and even added some added toppings to make it that much more special. They were out of German Chocolate Ice cream which is why me and my wife went...then they were out of the apple pie ice cream... which is the seasonal flavor. So we were a little disappointed. The new cappuccino drinks are amazing though, worth the visitfor that. Overall, we love going here and will keep going back, the ice cream is always on point. Read more

They did not honor the free scoop offer on my app on national ice cream day. Said it was only if Door Dash delivered $15+ order.... Right. Like Door Dash is going to deliver one scoop of ice cream. They gave me a 30 cent discount on one scoop for the"misunderstanding". Read more
Good service. The other day, I stopped to pickup a milkshake. As I proceeded to pay, the drive-thru girl explained that it was... free. No one was in front of me in line and no one was behind me. So I asked why. She explained that a patron of the storewho's spouse had passed on loved ice cream. So in honor of their memory, once a year, they would give the store money to payfor several patron's ice cream purchases. I just happened to be one of those and so I am writing a message to that family,Thank you! It is a great way to remember one that has moved on. Read more
