Went into Arby's 8/22/22 @ 9:15pm. My husband ordered 2 meals of the classic roast beef. The girl at the register was AWFUL MEAN... & RUDE. She didn't give my husband cups for our drinks. He asked where the cups were. Very Rudely she said they don't come withdrinks. MY Husband said it's a meal it always comes with drinks. She said no they don't and charged him for both drinks. Themanager came out from the back and asked what happened. My husband told him that she had a bad attitude & overcharged him. Themanager also agreed the drinks come with the meal. He shook his head and walked to the back. A lady standing next to my husbandwas upset as well. The manager didn't offer a refund or look at the receipt. Just didn't care. Driving down the main drag my eyes caught the old style Arby's sign in with immediately attracted so I went in for at least... nostalgia. No inside dining available at this time 1- 11. At the speaker I was greeted warmly and taking my order promptly. Ienjoy the number 3 Reuben meal as substituted jalapeno poppers for my curly fries. Had to wait on the poppers.
