The food was good! However... the waitress who's name is Julia has a mutual acquaintance of ours. When we left the restraunt... with 2 toddlers both people thought the other had tipped. Didn't realize we hadn't until the waitress posted on Facebook aboutus not tipping her and cursing us out etc. Very unprofessional! And while she was on the clock! I'm disappointed. ????I am so glad that I got Chicken Quesadilla. It was crispy, warm and soft enough. Just perfectly cooked right. ????Bone in... BBQ chicken wings were tasted good. ????Chicken Alfredo was good too. But at the end of the meal, I realized that there wascouple pieces chicken were not cooked well done.???? ????The salmon was little burnt. Just can see by the picture ???? Applebee's has some super good food! Today, I got a Quesadilla Burger with some waffle fries. It was soooo good! One of my... favorite things to get there. The appetizers are really good too. Today, we got mozzarella sticks as the appetizer. My mom gotsome original wings to eat, and they were so crispy and flavorful! Usually they're an appetizer, but there's enough wings to eatthem as dinner (comes with 9). Read more

I'll give Applebee's credit it when it's due. Yes the chain is underwhelming. Here's the deal: I ordered through the app, and... specified a pick-up time several hours in advance. My order was ready when I arrived as I was greeted by a friendly server. Yes,the food was generic, it was also hot and the order was accurate - which are my key measurements for chains. Tried dine-in.Kitchen is short staffed, so they are not over seating the dining room. It makes for a longer wait to be seated, but you aren'tgetting impatient once you sit down. My hubby, granddaughter and I had dinner there. My burger was a bit dry. Husband said hid dinner was very good but it was... suppose to have mushrooms in it and it did not. Grandee cleaned her plate. We was seated by a window with no one close by whichwas great since we are still in a pandemic. Server was quick to refill hubby drink but I had to wait and that isn't good with adry burger. We went in to have dinner and told that their would be a wait unless we wanted to sit in the bar. Which was fine we sat at the... table right next to the hostess stand. We had enough time to totally look over the menu decide what we wanted and see all thepeople waiting be seated around the restaurant and we still had not been greeted or offered a drink.
