The lady taking orders was a bit rude. My order was wrong I ordered a 2 pc chicken lunch and I got a pc of fish and a pc of... chicken. Not a get time today. Sat in the drive through line from 6:10 - 6:45. A window time of 35 minutes. Food was cold when delivered, didn?t notify me of... what exactly was causing the wait. Asked for ketchup packets and received tarter sauce. The amount of fries was laughable.Extremely upsetting, considering other A&W?s across the US are marginally better and faster - which was what I was expectingtoday. Read more

This is normally a place that I enjoy very much. Have always had a pleasant experience and good food, but tonight was not a good... experience. The food was ok but not the normal. The service tonight however was horrible, the lady doing the drive threw wasinconsiderate and extremely rude, my wife didn't even get to start the 2nd part of our order before she cut her off and gave hera total, when my wife asked her to hold on please we have more food to order she became quit short and seemed irritated that wehad more to order. The food was just thrown in the bag and then shoved in the car window....EXTREMELY RUDE. We will be making acomplaint to this store manager. I realize and understand people have bad days but that does not mean its ok to provide thiskind of service for something you are paying good money for. Read more
The price is really aren't too great in my opinion but I'm always trying to save money if I can. My daughter loves the cheesy... fries here and I think they're pretty good too they're actually reasonable just a little over $2 but a lot of the sandwiches andother items are priced quite High I think but the restaurant is clean the service is good the drive-thru is really kind of longdepending on the time of day that you go. We choice A & W because we don't have one in Indianapolis. Today April 8th 2022, was a college visit to Ball State for our son.... We had a busy day with a early morning start. We had not eaten in all day. I was so looking forward to A & W. we ordered 3 combomeals. #1 Corn Dog nuggets, 2# Cheese Burger 3# single Bacon Cheese Burger. We get to the window and are told we only get twodrinks?? We ordered 3 combo meals. I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone ,I Did Not get!! The drinks where a joke, there was somuch Ice it didn't fill a 3rd of the cup!!! The food was good and the employees where nice!! It was a disappointment for sure!!We ordered after 2pm. and it wasn't like they had multiple orders to deal with!! I will say it was a disappointment for sure :( Read more
