Went into Subway tonight on August 18th at approximately 6:50 pm to order takeout. No greeting from employees, just "Are you... here for online order?" I said no so they totally ignored me, boy was making A sandwich and wiped his nose with rhe back of hishands TWICE as I stood there. I said really? You just wiped your nose while making that sandwich. As I turned to leave thefemale employee cackeled laughing. Jokes on you. My BFF works for the health Dept. Wow how disappointing, sent daughter to get sandwiches I always order 2 sandwiches the veggie delights always have to stand... there making sure an actual fair amount of lettice is put on. tomatoes onions and black olives are good in small quantities butthe 2 i gotten today really very disappointed very little lettuce asked daughter what happened she let me know she asked forextra lettuce then was told they were supposedly limited stock (I CALL BS ON THAT) I USUllally go myself but not today. 2stars ???? is the highest today's visit can go and that's being overly generous. Daughters reaction of her sandwiches was meh! And when orders are done correctly there is usually always at least a 20 percent tip but not today . I don't like drivingfurther than I have to cause of gas prices any more but for a correctly made sandwiches MADE MY WAY I WILL DRIVE TO DERBY ORWICHITA. want to support local stores but not if or when it's like this. Picking up food for other people subway has great deals if you are social media active and don't pay in cash. I'm old school so... gotta pay more if your not all about posting your credit card. Sad really because everyone can always find something to eathere. Read more
I came in yesterday around 10:30 and the young man working was is nice and made the greatest sandwich I've ever had. He gave me... his ideas on it to make it better and he always had a smile throughout my visit. Hands down greatest subway visit I've ever had,definitely coming back again! Read more
I've been to this Subway several times. They are always out of something. Once it was turkey, once tomatoes, and once herds and... cheese bread. The people working generally have poor attitudes. I think it's because they are harassed by people ordering stuffthat management hasn't ordered enough of. In my opinion it's worth it to drive another 5 miles to the one in Derby to get goodservice and have all the ingredients available. Read more
Horrible experience, again! Go in at 8 PM with my daughter. She wants the Subway club and they have no turkey or roast beef. So... she settles for ham. I order a chicken bacon ranch and guess what? No chicken! So I order steak and cheese. Comes time to ordermy veggies and they're out of onions! I've has the same kind of luck at 1oclock on a Sunday afternoon. Always short staffed andout of food! Ordered 2 sandwiches online to pick up 20 minutes later. We had to wait 25 more minutes for our sandwiches to even get started.... We?re told that the store had to be cleared of all customers before she could begin working on any mobile orders. Total of a 45minute wait for 2 sandwiches. Do not recommend this store. Read more
