Had a taste for some home made biscuits, so KFC was the closest to homemade, so that's where i went.
Waited at window today for 5 minutes or more and food was COLD!! Did not realize it until we where half way back to Marion. Was... not worth turning around, but will not be going back any time soon. Very disappointed in service today!!!! This was lunch time(around 1pm) no excuse for cold food!!! Read more

The food was good, as expected. The service also was good. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the off-putting Palmetto bug... in the vestibule. Alive when I arrived. Dead when I left. Read more
On Thursday night I went to kfc. I got a 8 piece meal with for biscuits and the biscuits was so hard. I hit the wall they... thought I was knocking at door. I call for a manager the next evening and was telling who said they was manager and she hung upon me. I guess she didn't like what I said but it was true. Everything else was delicious. Read more
One bad experience after another. Today we walked into the store and there was about a 5 year old boy unattended pouring soda... and juice all over the floors and I mopped it up for him and he kept on pouring it out and I asked where his mother was and itturns out she was working behind the counter as the manager. She threw us out and made us take our meal to go and used a lot offoul language at us. Since when is it bring it unattended kid to work day. Got our order completely wrong as per usual. Went inside to use the bathroom. Completely nasty! They always forget the hot sauce and forks for the pot pie. They always make... you wait on the livers and gizzards and its always 10 to 20 minutes. Biscuits look like theyre never done. I found anpiece ofbone in my pot pie and i completely lost my appetite. Employees are rude and disrespectful. The dining area was trashy anduntidy. Trash cans were full and over flowing. Tables were littered with trash. Chicken is always good though one time it wasnot all the wah done. The tea is always hot too amd they over charge you for a combo which should come with a drink. Id choosepopeyes over this trash anyday but theyre not much better! Read more
