Worst sonic ever!! Ordered a sm chocolate chip cookie dough blast last week took forever so I called in to get some kind of... result on my order finally carhop brought my order and it was a cup of ice cream with just few cookie dough chips on top noteven mixed in like a blast should be..manager came out I told her I wanted my money back she didn't even try to fix the ordermaking the blast the way it should be done she told me she would put money back in my acct I gave her a week to do so never didso I called back so now she said she can make me one so now I'm here waiting for it been here a bit see how this one turnsout..manager is a very rude person..she needs to be replaced.. I only get Sonic Blasts as they are ALWAYS a better value than what Dairy Queen provides.

Honestly a terrible experience with even worse service. Was trying to make a quick stop to grab a bite on the way home, ordered... 10 minutes out expecting to stop, wait a few minutes and get home. Several minutes went by, screen said our food was coming,waited another 20 minutes and eventually had to press the button and ask them about our foods' status. Five other vehicles werealso waiting on their food, a few eventually gave up and left after waiting so long for their order. Not to mention our orderwas not as we had ordered it, many things missing. Poor service, poor mannered servers. I recommend not stopping here if youwould like to not waste your time or money. Read more
I made my order through the app because the order button wasn't working. My order went though, I checked in to the space I was... at and I saw my order status on the screen. After about 5-10 minutes it went away as if the order had been fulfilled. Thinkingit would come out soon, I waited for a bit longer. After waiting about 20 minutes after making my order and seeing at least 3cars come, get their order and leave, I pressed the order button again and it went through this time. I told them what happenedand how long I was waiting and they told me my order would be right out. No apologies or anything. It finally came out within aminute and my food was cold and the chicken strips for my son were completely dried out. I was on my way home from a 5 hourdrive so I couldn't bear to ask for replacement food at that point. I feel like something like this happens half the time Iever go to Sonic to eat. I honestly want to avoid it in the future. Sonic, please do better. Read more
I didn't even get to eat. Pulled up around 6pm. Pressed the button to order and no one answered me. Sat for almost 10 minutes... with no one taking order. Ended up leaving. Read more
