Decent food, but totally unappealing interior and all staff stays behind a plexiglass barrier. Not a very inviting place.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICEAT ALL!!!! If I could give them 0 stars that is what they Deserve. Came in to order and the lady at the... counter didn't say hello after I said hello not even a Hi how are you! (basic customer servise skills) She never even looked atme once because she was to busy on her phone and she was rushing to take my order.???? I am new the the area and I guess!! Ihave to keep looking for a Chinese food Place. (Wich is my favorite food to eat) because after today Don?t I will be coming backhere again!!! Read more

Rude, unprofessional and discourteous, disrespectful. Concerning customer service.And the food is dry undercooked or overcooked... and taste is very unsatisfying and unpleasant will eat and purchase from some place else. And no delivery to get when unable tomake it to the restaurant like other Chinese or Asian or oriental restaurants. Read more

Good god is the woman rude as hell. I?ll gladly drive further and pay more to NOT have to deal with her again- ****... UPDATE**** So after I wrote this, I got home, opened the food we ordered, tried their crab rangoons.... and good god! These arethe BEST crab rangoons I've had. I will gladly let the woman belittle me and spit in my face as long as they continue to makethese amazing Crab Rangoons!!! Read more

Really need to work on customer service.. when I call in an order I feel rushed like she is to busy to listen to what I want... then the second I finish my order she says ok then hangs up.. instead she should ask ok will that complete your order then sayok thank you your order will be out in said amount and the amount then say thank you see you soon. Some people lack customerservice simply because they were never taught manners. Read more

Tried to give this place another chance but the customer service is just beyond terrible. Ordered online and got a call from... them to confirm within 2min, price was almost $15 more than the online receipt. When we questioned the reasoning and read offthe items to confirm prices the woman just rambled off excuses and went on about how they charge differently than online andshe?s telling us the real price and that?s it are you going to keep your order or not. Asked her to go ahead and cancel theorder as we felt it was dishonest and would rather support another small business. She was still ranting and hung up on us. Ifit?s an issue with trying to recoup a 3rd party fee they?re being charged per order or something on their end from the sitemaybe it?s time to change the way you do business. You can?t price gouge customers and essentially double the cost of the wholeorder with major attitude at that and expect them to give you their business. Read more

The food is okay but the lady in the front taking the orders is extremely rude! Every time she seems to be in the worst mood... possible. She doesn't greet you. Doesn't smile or anything. I'm 100% certain she hates her job. JS. I'm probably going to lookfor another Chinese restaurant that's a little more customer friendly. Read more

While food is usually good, they are some shady people. I ordered online. It told me my total was $28, when I get there she... charged me $36 (she said price increase). Maybe they should update their website and not charge whatever they feel like. I guessthey are in the business of ripping off their customers. Woman there is rude and has no customer service skills.
