Snotty, discourteous staff. Happy to make me wait to pick up my prepaid order that was sitting on the counter. Counter girl... threw out a loud sarcastic comment when I left which was totally uncalled for considering I am the customer. Got home and thefood was cold and soggy. TERRIBLE. I do not recommend. Used to be good but no more. Dealt with inaccurate orders in thepast but at least they were served without a passive aggressive attitude. Read more
The food wasn't bad, but the service was. They had a pretty full crew, 6 people working that I could see, but forgot our order.... Twelve people came in and placed orders at the counter after us, and all received their food before us, until I inquired aboutour order after waiting 32 minutes. Read more
Alicia, the manager, needs to be fired. GET RID OF HER. I overheard how she speaks to her employees. Never EVER seen someone... treat there employees like that before. Cousins could be so much better without her. My heart goes out to all those employeesthere who work there. Read more
Staff were polite and professional and the inside of the store is clean. Subs are same as at Cousins everywhere. Fries are a... little hit or miss on the greasiness level (but I always still eat them so not that bad!) Read more

I have liked this cousins more than my local one in Caledonia Everytime I order I receive a sandwich that ISNT thrown together... by a bunch of non caring human beings. Here, I've always received a sandwich in pristine condition and the staff is verynice. My order was wrong however, I was given a few free sandwich coupons...which I really do appreciate. I would've shared apic, but just like all the other times, I'm too hungry.
