Staff seemed put out by me ordering and the prices now are beyond ridiculous. Never again.
They made my evening! I went the night before surgery knowing I would not be able to eat solid foods for several months. Subway... sandwich really was what I wanted. They were out of the avocado which is the necessary item to make my Perfect sandwich. Theyran back and got fresh avocado for my sandwich! Thank you to the two females working that evening shift! Ordered a pizza sub without pizza sauce on the app. I get home and the sandwich is a mess of pizza sauce. I check my order, yep... I removed it and ordered the right way. I call to let them know and the response was ?it doesn?t show up that way on ourcomputer.? I said it?s on your receipt that way?? ?it?s not on the computer that way.? After picking up my sandwich ordered online with specific orders, and returned to work it was made totally wrong. I asked that... it be toasted with the mustard, onions and banana peppers. Nope! This is the 3rd time, I have visited. Never greet me or my child. They are always stand off-ish. They don?t offer a bag, they... don?t cut my sandwiches in-half, the bread is usually flat... I mean I could settle for all the flat bread if they were at thevery minimum at least nice. As soon as they give you the sandwich they retreat to the back ... never to be seen again. Its subway. Not my first choice for a quickie. They do have decent food for those days you arent looking for lunch at Jack, TB,... etc. I love being able to build as I go. My home branch is in downtown Everett. Manager Shane knows delivers an incredibleexperience if you ever have the chance to visit. Read more
