I love the Green Tea Frappaccino? so much that I have one just about every day. But this evening I was served by an extremely... rude employee who said she?d go back to make my drink. After I got the drink I drove over to the parking lot to enjoy it. Thiswas one of the worst frappaccinos I?ve ever had. There was hardly a discernible taste of Green Tea. But the worst part was therewere ice chunks as big as a large grape ? probably 15 of them in my frappaccino. I crunched some, but I opened my car door andjust spit the rest out in between slurps. Drinks from this Starbucks were particularly good- noteworthy as better than some other nearby locations. Super friendly staff.... Not that many places to sit and the cell service in the store was a little spotty but definitely a great choice for a quickpopping in and out coffee run. Read more

I ordered thru UberEats to for my Americano because I was sick and in a virtual work meeting. When the drink arrived, it was... iced - which was NOT how I ordered it. I had to drive to the store and all they gave me was a $4.00 recovery card. I had paidthe Uber delivery fee, plus tip to the driver and with being sick, the last thing I wanted to do was get in my car and drive tothe drive thru to hand them the drink back. Unfortunately I will not be back to this establishment as this isn?t the first timethey?ve made my drink incorrectly. Read more

I started my Starbucks journey in Arlington this morning getting my iced white mocha from the local Starbucks. When I finally... took a sip of it after getting on the freeway, I realized that it was horrible. It was so bitter that I couldn't "tough it out".Instead, I stopped at the Mukilteo Starbucks on my to my office and was ready to purchase a whole new drink. ***After calling and Jade being so professional and polite and hearing my issues out with patience I?m changing my 1 Star review... to a 5 Star review, this is how a supervisor should be acting, but I?ll be leaving my original review down below because it?sstill definitely an issue**** My coffee was made horribly twice. Lol the first time there was 0 pumps of white chocolate andSydney said that she put some in but that?s why they are remaking it with intense attitude. Then she remade it with attitude andit still tastes way off. I think she didn?t put the quad shot in that I paid for. Regardless the reason I?m leaving a 1 starreview is Sydney?s argumentative attitude and horrible customer service. I did notice that the printable order stickers that youput on the cup doesn?t print the full thing the whole left side isn?t printed so anything with numbers is a guess and this mightbe an issue with why it is so inconsistent.
