We stopped in the middle of a rare Texas ice storm today. We weren't the only ones. This particular subway shares space with a... gas station. Rough weather left 2 employees to run the whole ship. They don't even deserve one star to be honest. The 2 ladies that took our order were awful! First of all they messed up on my... order several times but I didn't want to cause a scene so I told them about it but said it was fine so when I left to sit downthey both started talking crap about us we'll knowing we were still there. RAEGAN is her name. I went in at 1:30pm on a Sunday. 3 high school aged kids were sitting behind the store counter. It seemed as... 8f RAEGAN drew the short stick and had to make my order. She proceeded to throw the ingredients of my salad into the subwaymixing bowl. I am a manager of a very well known restaurant and can spot shotty customer service skills a mile away. MaybeRAEGAN would benefit from more training. I come to this location quite often, and have always had mediocre customer service, buttoday's experience warrants a negative review. In a county as small as Montague with very little dining options I amdisappointed that I have to drive out of town for this kind of treatment. Read more
