Since Specialities returned they have upped their game with their sandwiches and even the cookies! The sandwiches are more... unique now and the ingredients are of higher quality than when this was one of many locations. Love the BLT with the combo ofpickled onions and bacon on a lightly toasted house made foccacia. Love the Rye and Salt Chocolate Chip cookie. Read more

Great Breakfast, so much better than Starbucks Always tons of seating outdoor shaded tables too. Great location
Great food and a very comfortable and clean atmosphere. Cafe is Peet's and is okay too, maybe understaffed there. For example I... ordered a cappuccino and I wish that they could have just told me they didn't have any whole milk or at least what theysubstituted it with when they gave it to me (see picture, pretty disappointing...).
