Visited late in the day Saturday. The staff was obviously tired after what I'm sure was a long day. I know the feeling... I was... in the same boat. Regardless of how they felt they were 100% polite and turned out a good product that I'm sure the companywould be proud of. Thank you fellas. Much respect! It's a chain sandwich shop that's located on the strip of an outdoor shopping plaza. I think it's okay for the price; it won't... be filling if you require a large lunch. The food was just okay. The lady at the counter didn't really pay attention whenputting finishing touches on the sandwich, but I guess that's why only California police officers come here; it's cheap and notvery flavorful. So far the worst Jersey Mike ever. Bubch of kids in charge, nothing against hiring people with no experience, as long as there... is an adult in the room to supervise. After being rude while I was ordering my food, and rushing me to order my next and nextsandwich where I wasn't done with the first order, they I feel on purpose gave me my cold sandwiches and didn't tell me I got towait for my hot sandwiches. They told me "you are good to go". Coming home and figure out my hot orders not there. After callingto complain and get my money back this rude kid Maria who was also rude in person, hanging up on me after blaming me to not payattention and wait for my sandwiches that were hot. Not sure if Jerseg Mike's Subs of mountain view part of franchise orsomething like that, but the corporate stakeholders must rethink how their reputation is being destroyed by some incapable andcheap operators. Delicious sandwich, great meat to veggie portions. Get it mike's way the oil and vinegar with spices make it s unique sandwich.... Eating In the car can be a little messy just grab a few extra napkins when you leave. The cheese steaks are amazing as well. Read more
Fresh deli meats and cheeses with a stellar menu. The staff is always friendly, fast, helpful and patient. Parking is pretty... easy. The lunch rush is busy but they keep the line moving pretty fast. I get the big kahuna sandwich and it?s perfect eachtime. They chop the beef up and grill it with fresh veggies! Their chocolate chip cookies are pretty tasty too! Make sure yousign up for the rewards program as you usually can get a dollar or two off a sandwich or a bogo. Overall great lunch spot. Read more
