This restaurant cannot build an online order correctly. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice beans pico de gallo cheese corn and... lettuce but instead received a half empty bowl that had barely any lettuce some beans and tons of corn and random veggies. Thisisn't the first time this restaurant completely misses the order- they need new management ASAP or close completely. This isunacceptable. Read more
I usually go to eat here but the quality has fallen terribly more recently. The portion sizes are half of what it used to be.... The rice is hard, chunky, uncooked and tastes bland. they keep running out of ingredients. This is a stingy store thats recentlybeen stealing portion off of orders to make extra profits. I show up and there is a sign on the door which says online order only. There is no way to know ahead of time - often I drive... here and then find out after I arrived that they won't serve me food; I need to place and order and wait. This totally defeatsthe purpose of Chipotle (it is supposed to be convenient). Read more

Did not feel welcomed, was rushed (although no one was behind me when my bowl was being built) so I missed getting fajita... vegetables, the portions were much smaller here than when I order at other chipotles (and less than the woman who ordered afterme), the carnitas was mostly fat and didn?t taste good, and the Mr. Pibb was off. Chipotles? app customer service was greatwhen I contacted them. I eat at Chipotle a fair bit, and will continue to, but not here. It was an uncomfortable and weirdexperience?I was caught off guard by the treatment from one worker. I was going to work on my laptop and eat at my leisure butdecided to leave instead.
