I?ve been eating at chipotle for 20 years and this location is literally the worst i?ve ever been to. the rice is usually... cooked incorrectly, they?re often out of a few items, the soda machine is broken sometimes, the location is messy. ourfavorite at this location is no one knows how to wrap a burrito. you will get it ripped usually or all rice at one end. Terrible Chipotle. Online only after 9:20, often completely closed well before closing. Not clean. Staff spilled guac on the... dirty counter and put it back in the main tray. Portions are way less than what they should be. Previous reviewer was spot-on. Read more

I?m so done with this Chipotle. Tonight I ordered a salad bowl through DoorDash. I ordered the new steak for an extra charge.... The charge for the salad was $21.15. When it arrived there was barely any steak or guacamole, and there was hardly any lettuce!What a rip off. I had the same order a few days ago and there was twice as much food in the bowl. This has been the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered three chicken bowls... the food portion was not at all what it... should of been. They were basically half the quantity of food of what it should be. 1. Only option to order was online 2. Onlyfour staff members 3. The restaurant was filthy. 4. I waited 45 min for food to be done 5. The food was cold (chicken, rice andbeans. 6. I ordered the fajitas on all three and all three were missing. 7. Chips and salsa were missing and I had to let themknow. 8. The orders were not being placed in the order online shelve, bags were all cramped up on one little side table. 9. Theto go bags were not being closed and folded correctly.. very messy looking So basically this experience was horrible. Iabsolutely do not recommend this location. The owners need to properly train the staff on correct portions, food preparation,friendliness, communication, cleanliness are the most important. I have attached two pictures..on one you can see the amount ofchicken ( just a few pieces) the other one was basically half the portion of what it should of been...???????????????????????? Great value for good Burritos! Quickly served and good area for eating indoors and outdoors. Heads up: they don?t allow pets to... come inside even if you are not planning on eating in. Read more

This chipotle is set up in a nice location; however, the restaurant wasn't great. Food was ok. But restaurant didn't feel... clean. Fountain drinks are was neglected because of all the splash marks everywhere. Workers didn't clean up the food areawhen setting up the food. Server that handled our order didn't even talk or respond. He just pointed at what we wanted lol. There were like 5+ workers behind the counter most of the time. No greetings from anyone lol. Overall, the organization atthis establishment could be improved. But if you just want a quick bit in this area, feel free if you don't mind the diningarea. Read more

Placed online order look Items in order and bowl they kept only sofritas cheese and lettuce and rice. Every thing else is... missing, they didn't tell me they ranout of something they sealed the bag without notifying. They ranout of chips also. Worrestservice. Read more

Paid with door dash for our meals, just want some chicken burrito bowl, all we got was chicken, a big empty bowls with some... chicken meat. It's not even door dash' fault. Like who even handed this out? Couldn't the people at the front register tell howlight weight it is? Now we have to sit here been hungry and have to wait on customer service. Since they want to refund us $2.84For a $30+ order. So ridiculous. Update: we replaced the order, and it happened again. Speechless for why I made such decision. Read more
