The building was nice and had several TVs to watch sports. They had seating at tables, booths, high tables and the bar. The... bar was a full liquor bar with about 25 craft beer selections on draft. We were a family of five that stayed in ID for a week working on a deceased relatives home. We ate there almost every night. ... This is an amazing place with great food and atmosphere. Staff were so nice. Our favorite server was Skyler. She made ourevening after a long day of work very joyful. Thank you all for a wonderful place to feel welcomed in another state. I really did want to enjoy this place. As a trucker it's really hard to find places to eat good food. With the name Wingers you... would think they would cook really good wings. The sauce flavors where good but the wings were like jerky. My waitress Autum wasa delight. The other food at other tables looked good. Should have tried something besides wings. IMO one of the worst smells isburnt popcorn and unfortunately that's what I had to smell during my meal. To management cut back on your wings cook time by twominutes and they will be perfect. 7/25/2022. My wife and I have been to Wingers in Mountain Home many times. Always got good food and good service there in the... past. Until last night. We ordered the Sticky Fingers, A side of Garlic Fries and Tortilla soup. We took a couple bites lookedat each other and left the restaurant. That was the 1st time we ever just walked out of a restaurant in our lives. We lookedfor our waitress, but she was no where to be found. The chicken Sticky Fingers were dried up cardboard and had Zero flavor(Their signature dish). The Garlic Fries were swimming in grease, looked like the cook opened up a QT of 10W30 and poured it allover them. ???? Even the soup was tasteless and bland. The best part of that meal was the basket of popcorn... You have to drawa line some where and this was it for us. We headed for the parking lot and don't plan on coming back. There's a lot of dinningoptions here in Mountain Home and Wingers is off our list. The only reason I gave them one star is I couldn't give them a zerostar rating, the website wouldn't let me. We loved this place. Their beer and wings are a must try. If you?re into spicy dishes, try their ghost wings. I really liked... their Mexican ale with guava flavor. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mountain home. Read more
Incredible beer selection and perfect place to stop while traveling. See below for beer descriptions. My phone camera is... glitching so it doesn't do everything justice. Got the rice bowl which was great for someone with a lot of allergies. Easy toomit things and still tasted amazing! Tried a few beverages: Lewis and Clark, Backcountry Ale Scottish Ale, Light with "WhippedCream- Like" Foam and medium well- rounded flavor. Helena MT Mother Earth, Cali Creamin Nitro Vanilla Cream Ale NampaID Vanilla Bean Expensive Wedding Cake taste, Not sweet with decadent foam. Pours really pretty. Also tried the Papaya Sour.Nice pucker but not a ton of flavor. Would totally drink a six pack but didn't inspire any creative writing haha. HuckleberryGinger Cider out of Portland OR. Nice and dry like I like with the ginger bite at the end. I like more of a smooth finish, so Iopted for the Vanilla Cream Ale. It was just so darn good. Read more
