This place has deteriorated horribly. I remember why i stopped going years ago. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme on my way home... and received a sloppy mess with absolutely zero meat! And i mean absolutely none, had i not been so far away I would havedefinitely taken it back in. Awesome customer service!!! The young gentleman i seen working the past 2-3 nights closing and working night shift has went... above n beyond in customer service and cleaning. Without asking him He even opened and held the door for me twice differentdays to help me carry alot of food n drinks to my car for door dashes. The supreme taco pack and crunch wrap supreme look terrific but why that cost me over $39 is beyond me because that's not what... any menu says. They added $10.80 to my taco pack to make them supreme. Over $30 bucks for a dozen tacos. I know everything isgoing up but.... Read more
#1 if the "crew" is paid more than federal minimum wage that's a waste of money! #2 So slow, cars in drive were leaving left and... right. #3 Out of items that shouldn't be out of during a shift due to "fryers being down for cleaning". #4 no organization, 3different people handled my order at window ended up with 48 leftover sauce packets after we ate our 2 meals. Absolute worst TB experience I've had in almost 40 years of eating at a Taco Bell. Pictures below, that taco was a Taco Supreme... with no tomatoes but look how it was handed to me, poorly wrapped. Nachos Bellgrande, sloppy made and with no tomatoes. Not ahuge deal, service was terrible. Worker had his ear buds in so probably couldn't care less, after three times I tried to gethis attention, he stopped and I asked if someone was taking orders he replied... Not Me. What a genius. Not sure who was the cook for 3/15/22 but this has got to be the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from taco Bell. Not... sure if I'll be going back through the drive thru at night, it's evident the employees don't want to be there. Anotherupdate: This specific store needs to be torn down and a new owner needs to open a new location, getting rid of all the dullmotivated and incompetent staff with it. I used the drive thru. But I have been inside several times and always found the dining area very clean. The staff is always... courteous and helpful either using the drive thru or dining in. I am a creature of habit when I go to TB. I always get the NachoBell Grande and/or hard shell tacos. Read more
