It was Labor Day Sunday, but it was 12:30 when we ordered so the lunch rush should have been over. We waited almost an hour for... our food and Jim's Whopper was cold. There were always several people standing around in the food prep area while two ladies ranaround doing the work of the nonperforming. The french fries were very hot, but tasted great. Don't eat lunch in Mountain Homeon Sundays, especially holiday Sundays. Read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon king meal, when I got home there was no bacon on it or anything else but the... cheese in it.What's more frustrating is when I googled the number to talk to someone about it, it sent me to a automated system. We're at prompted you to put in the extension if you knew it and if not to stay on the line and it would give you the extension.Did it starts with the extensions all in the Little Rock and Benton areas. I gave up and just hung up. I don't go here veryoften just to see if anything has changed but it's always the same, a long wait and my order is never right . Read more

I prefer my restaurants clean and in good repair. Ants in the dining room. Craked/broken floor tiles. A crew seemed like they... have no leadership at all. Some hanging outside in drive through area between building and speaker. At entrance looks like tarhas been pours on concret because no one washes it down. Half of the table had crumbs/debris on them. The Patty's on our BaconKings were old and dried out, and warm. Not warm enough to melt or even warm up the cheese. In my opinion it would of been hardto have had a worst visit. This was my third and last visit since I have moved to town. Every time is the same. This location isTHE example of how not to run a business. The amount of other customers onsite when I made my visits show I am not the only onewhom feels that way. Owner and management team, should be ashamed to have allowed it to get in the condition it is in. Read more

I generally like Burger King. Not my favorite fast food burger chain, but certainly the best Mountain Home has to offer. This... location though, really needs new management. The staff itself is great. Everyone whom I've talked to there is very friendly, attentive, and apologetic. Why 'apologetic'?, you may ask. Because every other time I've been there, they're out ofsomething. Six months ago, stopped in and was told they were out of chicken, most soda options, tea, and milkshakes. Afterrequesting and being told they were out of several menu items, I finally had to ask; 'What do you have available?' A few monthslater, stopped in, and was again told they were out of chicken and tea. During a more recant visit they had chicken, and werestocked on their drink options, but were out of Whopper patties. How do you run out of the key ingredient for your flagship menuitem? Was then told I could get a kids burger. Really? Really? Look,I applaud the staff for trying to offer alternatives, but akids burger, when I just requested a double Whopper. Not going to cut it. I am thankful they didn't try to insult me by offeringme one of the fake tufu burgers. Last visit I ordered a milkshake and made it all the way to the 2nd window before they told metheir milkshake machine was down. Ask if I wanted to substitute it with a soft drink, or some other beverage option. No offer tojust refund my money for the milkshake. Even suggested I come back the following day to claim my milkshake. I'm not driving ahalf-hour to claim the rest of my dinner order a day later. I've been to Burger King from cost to coast and this is the onlyone I have ever been to that has been out of its staple menu items. Seriously; how do you allow your store to even get low onWhopper patties? I'm assuming this is an individually owned franchise, otherwise, corporate really needs to pay this location avisit, and bring in a new manager who knows how to keep track of, and order stock. I think there were only 4 employees working when my daughter and I went in for lunch today. The manager was taking orders at the... counter inside AND the drive thru. In my opinion all the employees were doing exceptionally well considering how busy it was. Iwitnessed one woman come in complaining about her order, which I believe was just to get her money back. And another woman hadbeen pulled forward and forgotten. The manager handled both situations with composure and ease. I was sure to tell that Ithought she was doing an outstanding job as we were leaving. Our food was hot, fresh and EXACTLY as I ordered it. We willdefinitely be back! Read more
